Absolutely gorgeous, contemporary property. Well-equipped rooms with PLEASANT city view. Handy location to boat day trips. Had wonderful whiskies and coffee in the downstairs bar.

The place was spotless, I liked its staff and food. The staff did all they can for an exceptional stay. Comfortable beds, terrace and iron/ironing board were a nice touch. Pool was clean and there was a modern restaurant on site. Premium hotel in a fantastic area of Ha Long.

The whole experience was unforgettable! Staff were amazing and room overlooked the sea. We had a balcony. Food was exceptional with a huge variety of options.
